エヴリシング・バット・ザ・ガールの顔として、90年代、オルタナ・ポップ・シーンの代表として大成功を収めたベテラン・シンガー／ソングライター、トレイシー・ソーン。2000年のバンド解散後、ソロ活動を開始。2007年には、クロスオーバー・フォーク・ポップ・ディスコ・アルバム『アウト・オヴ・ザ・ウッズ』をリリースし、UKで大ヒットを記録。その後ザ・ラプチャーやデルフィックなどのプロデュースでも知られているイワン・ピアソンを起用したアルバム『ラヴ・アンド・イッツ・オポジット』をリリース。初となるベスト・アルバムにはソロ２作での楽曲に加え90年代の大名曲Massive Attack「Protection」や他アーティストとのコラボレーション楽曲も収録予定になっている。
