きらめきを表す「GLINTS」と名づけられたリード曲と同タイトルの本作は、女の子の恋のまつわる夏の物語を集めた、自身初の季節をテーマにしたアルバム。
リード曲となるサマーチューン「Glints」のアレンジを担当したTENDRE 他、SPENSR、松浦正樹(ANATAKIKOU)、浦上想起、konore など新進気鋭のアーティストが参加した全10曲収録。ジャケットイラストは、甘く切ないシュールレアルな世界観をガーリー&ポップに描く中島ミドリ。
