継母や姉たちからいじめられながらも、いつか幸せになれると信じて明るく暮らすシンデレラ。あるとき、お城で舞踏会が開かれることになりシンデレラも行きたくてしかたがありません。そこに現れた妖精のおばあさんが、“ビビディ・バビディ・ブー”と魔法の言葉を唱えると、シンデレラは輝くばかりの美しい姿に変身し、賢くやんちゃなネズミたちの助けもあって、お城で王子様と夢のような時をすごすことができます。ところが、妖精のおばあさんとの約束で、夜の12時を過ぎると、かぼちゃの馬車もドレスも消えてしまうのです。王子様はシンデレラの残したガラスの靴をたよりに、国中を捜させますが・・・。
