バンドのデビューアルバム『A Storm in Heaven』のセッションからのアウトテイク付き。 「Blue」は、1994年にヴァーヴがロラパルーザ・フェスティバル・シカゴで演奏したのに合わせてリリースされた「USA Mix」で収録。
「Make It Till Monday」と「Butterfly」のアコースティック・ヴァージョンも収録されており、「Gravity Grave」は1993年のグラストンベリーでのバンドの初公演のライヴ録音である。
