Product Description

The fears of J. Dilla fans have been put to rest as BBE Records announce the posthumous release of 'The Shining'. At the time of his death last February J. Dilla, born James Yancey, had nearly finished working on the full-length album. With the final touches made by long time friend and Detroit hip hop mainstay Karriem Riggins, the project is ready for public consumption. 'The Shining' features contributions from Common, Pharoahe Monch, Busta Rhymes, Madlib, and Gulity Simpson.
