自分はジェニュを聞くのは初めてで、イメージはアダルティーなスロウと思ってたけど、それは（４）くらいなもんで、アップあり、ミッドありの色々できる人なんだと。意味深なタイトルだけど、その名の通り簡素な音づくり。でも、ジャジー・フェイ仕事は特に素晴らしい。特に（５）は最高に爽やかなミッド・チューン。１０からの曲の流れも美しい。アルバムとして見たらいまいちだけど曲単位で聞けば最高なものが多い秀作。
