URから待望の新作アルバム。噂されていた『銀河の逃亡者たち』の続編。Mad Mikeを首領とするUR軍団総出で放たれた98年の1枚目に続くPt.2.「Negative Evolution」というテーマのもとUR特有のおどろおどろしいサウンドを聞かせた1枚目に続き、「Destruction Of Order」という副題の付いた今作は、日本国内某所で作られたという1作。Mad Mike、Suburban Knight、Dj S2、Dj 3000、Dj Skurge、Perception、Aquanauts、Dexらが集結。

同時にCDで発売されたInterstellar Fugitivesから続けて聞いていると、ダークなエレクトロばかりで正直飽きるといえば飽きるのだが、最後の2曲Battle Within、Peace WithinはまさにURの攻撃的および叙情的な面を代表する名曲。政治的な主張も強すぎるし、DJ ROLANDとの一件も？であるが、Mad Mike＆G. Mitchellの作る曲が素晴らしい事には変わりないか。

'05年発表｡ここでは黒人音楽の二つの流れが合流している｡一つは80年代後半､ｱﾒﾘｶはﾃﾞﾄﾛｲﾄの黒人たちが作り上げたﾃﾞﾄﾛｲﾄ･ﾃｸﾉの系譜｡そしてもう一つは､ﾊﾟﾌﾞﾘｯｸ･ｴﾈﾐｰに代表される政治的な流れ｡この二つをﾊｰﾄﾞﾎﾞｲﾙﾄﾞに混ぜ合わせて､極端なまでに削ぎ落とされた重い音が鳴っている｡
