メジャー・レーベルのマーキュリーで『AT YANKEE STADIUM』('78)のリリースを挟んで再びレッド・ルースターに戻って発表された7thアルバム(79年作品)。
80年代にCD化された時に「デラックス・エディション」と題されてボーナス・トラックが追加されたが今回の再発ではオリジナルの曲順と紙ジャケットで当時のLPの感触を忠実に再現している。麻を唄った「Wacky Tobacky」やアルのソング・ライティングが光る「It Was a Accident」、またJAZZのスタンダードを超アヴァンギャルドに料理した「Tenderly 」やチップマンクスを真面目（？）に唄った「Things We Like to Do」等いかにもQらしいカヴァー曲も収録しファンの間では最もNRBQらしさが全開してると評判の充実作。
