　用途に応じて「日本語」「外国語」と使い分けている。 　カヴァーアルバムは難しいものだが、原曲の良さと彼女のオリジナリティが合わさっている。

是非とも聞きたかった60年代のポップスを、得意な英語とイタリア語で歌うのはさすがまりや。悲しき片思ボーイハント！サンレモ音楽祭入賞曲の恋する瞳、エリザベステーラーとリチャードバートン共演で有名な映画「いそしぎ」フランクシナトラとナンシーシナトラ父娘のデュエット曲。恋のひとこと等全ての歌が懐かしさで1960年代にタイムスリップしたみたい。還暦前後の人は必聴を薦めます。涙が出そうになりますよ。

往年の60年代ﾎﾟｯﾌﾟｽのｶﾊﾞｰｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ。個人的には、弘田三枝子さん(ｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙは、ｲﾀﾘｱ歌手のmina(1964年))がｶﾊﾞｰした「砂に消えた涙」がﾋﾟｶｲﾁでしょう。竹内まりやの音楽原点が見えます。必聴盤。！
