「Art of trio」シリーズ、トリオでの演奏。世界を驚愕させた、右手左手ポリリズムアドリブがここでも炸裂します。それ以外でも、かなりぶっとんだソロを展開。こりゃあたまらん、となるのも頷けます。かなりお薦めの一枚。

　静謐で深遠なる極致を繊細に創出する力量は素晴らしい。radioheadの楽曲を収録したことで話題になった本作品はテクニック、センスそして構成力において世代交代を印象付けるものとなりました。五連作のなかでも、この Vol.3は歳月によって評価が益々高まる名盤中の名盤となるでしょう。ポスト・キースと言われている彼と同年齢のTord Gustavsenと共にこれからのJAZZ新時代を牽引すること間違いありません。
