このCDはノルウェーのソプラノ、キルステン・フラグスタートがキューバのハバナでの南米ツアーでのライヴ録音で、ウィーンの巨匠、クレメンス・クラウスと当地のオケ、ハバナ・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、スウェーデン出身のセット・スヴァンホルムと共演したものである。 ベートーヴェンが一曲ある以外はワーグナーの作品ばかりで、ワーグナー歌手としても知られた両歌手に相応しい選曲です。 ハバナ・フィルも意外というと失礼かもしれないがまずまずレベルは高い。 しかし何分音質は悪く、基本的歌手のファンでも無ければおすすめはしないアルバムです。
