こんなにいいＣＤ滅多に出会えません。アメリカン・ルーツ系のカバー集ということで、ボブ・ディランの大名曲“北国の少女”のカバーなんか本家本元に匹敵する出来栄え。ジェリー・ジェフ・ウォーカーの“ミスター・ボージャングル”のカバーはこの曲のベスト演奏なんじゃないでしょうか？切なくて土臭くてどうしようもなく愛しくなる一枚です。
