'83年発表｡80年代初頭､京都ﾆｭｰｳｪｰﾌﾞ･ｼｰﾝの黒幕として暗躍した佐藤薫｡彼が率いたﾊﾞﾝﾄﾞ､EP-4は存在自体が事件であった｡83年､彼らは｢EP-4 5･21｣なる謎のｼｰﾙを大量に貼り､ﾒｼﾞｬｰ/ｲﾝﾃﾞｨの両方から5月21日にｱﾙﾊﾞﾑを同時発売すると予告｡しかし当日発売されたのは､ｲﾝﾃﾞｨ盤のこちらのみであった｡本作では､80年から83年のﾗｲﾌﾞ音源を素材として､過激に解体&再構築｡これぞ音響系ｴｸｽﾍﾟﾘﾒﾝﾀﾙ･ﾌｧﾝｸなり｡
