　バッハゆかりの聖トーマス教会でのライブ演奏。合唱団はさすがにこの曲を歌い慣れている様子で、終始安定している。指揮者のビラーは現役の聖トーマス教会カントルとのこと。普段から合唱団員を厳しく鍛えてそうな印象だ。 　フライブルク・バロック・オーケストラも合唱団の人数（５０名くらい）に合わせて多めの人数で参加している（４０名くらい）。テンポは古楽器演奏としては標準的。こちらも安定した迫力のあるいい演奏をしている。 　少年合唱と古楽器を使用したこの曲の演奏は珍しいので、この曲が好きな方、バッハマニアなら「買い」の１枚。
