言わずと知れたマイケルのお姉ちゃんのファースト。はっきり言ってヴォーカルに期待してはいけませんが、日本盤のタイトル曲「ナイトタイム・ラヴァー」だけは格別。マイケル・プロデュースというポイントもありますが『オフ・ザ・ウォール』の流れを受けた哀愁のポップ・ソウルで、個人的に当時からフェイヴァリットなのでこの１曲のために購入して損なしです。
