前２作とは異なり、キーボードサウンドをフューチャーして、ストーリー性のある大作ロックを志向しはじめた作品。ノップラーの表現者としての純粋な野心が全編にみなぎっている。「トンネル・オブ・ラブ」「ロミオ＆ジュリエット」は間違いなく名曲！
