ハードコア/クラストコアのシーンを超えて幅広い支持を集めるアブラハム・クロス。本作は彼らが2005年と2006年にRaw Lifeで行ったライブの模様を収録した約60分間の映像作品。

2005年の千葉のアクアマリンスタジオでのライブ、そして2006年の新木場の空き地でのライブ。特に2005年のアクアマリンスタジオは、会場が元廃墟であったうえバンドの通常編成に4人のパーカッションを入れるというシャーマニズム的な要素も作用し伝説のライブといわれています。
