天才ギターリスト、エディー・ロバーツが率いるザ・ニュー・マスターサウンズの17枚目となるアルバム。
レコーディングはアイスランドのトロール半島にある Eleven Experiences社 が新規オープンした「フロキ・スタジオ」にて行われた。
世の中の喧騒から離れ、アイスランド北部の美しく穏やかな天候、雪景色、そして真新しいスタジオの居心地の良さに恵まれた環境はバンドに様々な「影響」を与え、素晴らしい楽曲の数々が生まれた。
「例えばアルバムに収録されている『Northern Lights』（オーロラ）はレコーディングの合間に実際にオーロラを見た経験を元に書いた曲です。そして、セッション中に鳥肌ものの瞬間が何度もありました」とエディー・ロバーツは振り返る。
現代のファンク・ソウルバンドの代表格となったザ・ニュー・マスターサウンズの真骨頂である心地良いグルーヴを思う存分体感できる作品に仕上がった。
