Content Description
1968年（昭和43年）のお正月に放映開始された本シリーズは、またたく間に日本中に「妖怪ブーム」を巻き起こすヒット作となりました。
幽霊族の末裔である鬼太郎（声：野沢雅子）は、ふだんは父親の目玉おやじ（声：田の中勇）とのんびりと暮らしていますが、ひとたび人々の救いを求める声が「妖怪ポスト」に投函されると、ゲタの音を響かせてどこからともなくやって来ます。
鬼太郎は数々の超能力と、祖先から伝わるちゃんちゃんこやリモコンゲタなどの武器を手に、悪い妖怪と戦います。また時には良心を失った人間たちを懲らしめたりもします
鬼太郎親子につきまとう半妖怪・ねずみ男（声：大塚周夫）を尻目に、鬼太郎は今日も妖怪退治に向かうのです・・・。
