あらゆる音楽を独自の世界観で創造する音楽家、清水靖晃が、1982年録音の『案山子』、1983年録音のマライア『うたかたの日々』に続き、1984年に録音しものの、公式に発売されることは無かった幻盤。内容は前2作をさらに発展させたエクスペリメンタルなダンス・ミュージック。
