僕はこのジョアンを見聞きする度に、沖縄の登川誠仁氏を連想するのです。共に変わり者、偏屈、ギター（三線）一丁でその場の空気を変えてしまう、見かけはただのオッサン、でも孫には甘そう・・・。

昔からJoaoのファンですが、このCDの購入が切っ掛けで2004/10/7のコンサートに行きました。チケットが取れたのも奇跡的。 開演は30分遅れでしたが、鳴り止まぬ拍手とスタンディングオベーション。Joaoはそれに答え、更に10曲程聴かせてくれました。 このアルバムに収録されていないのは残念ですが、”Insensatez”を聴いた時から公演終了後迄暫らく涙が止まらず、その場から動けなかった。 その感動をこのCDで思い出す事が出来る。又来年JOAOが来てくれる日が待ち遠しい私です。
