Growing up in Salinas, California, Vanessa Hudgens trained in dance, piano and voice (opera to be specific). Her training led her to roles in 'Carousel', 'The King and I', 'Damn Yankees' and 'The Wizard of Oz' among many others. Vanessa also made her feature film debut in 'Thirteen', co-starring with Holly Hunter and Evan Rachel Wood.

Still only 17 years old, Vanessa Hudgens goes solo! Her debut album 'V', is coming off the back of her appearance in the Disney smash 'High School Musical'.

'V' is a collection of smooth, feel-good urban pop songs about what it is like to be a young girl in today's society. Songs about boys, ambition and love. In short, a smooth pop record from a very talented girl.

Let’s Danceは結構いいかも。でも、Come Back To Meのワンフレーズに、Avril LavigneのComplicatedにそっくりなところがある･････ま、ぱくってたとしてもヴァネッサは悪くないけどね。アルバム全体としては良！でも、インパクトがない。
