映画大国といわれるインドの有名なBollywood(ボンベイ（現ムンバイ市）をHollywoodにひっかけた名称）で60年代〜80年代初期にかけて流行りまくった主な映画の主題歌を集めたオムニバス。しかし侮れないのは、ほとんどの曲が退屈なポップスではなくて、コズミックでサイケデリックでウルトラ・ヘヴィなファンキー・ガラムマサラ・ダンス・ミュージックなのです（?!)。何しろサブタイトルが「Indian Style Have funk!」ですからね。
