Originally released as a quick cash-in on the Beatles popularity this turned out to be one of the best music films ever made, with original direction from Richard Lester and The Beatles themselves turning out to have great screen presence and to be natural actors. The boys play themselves during the run up to a TV appearance, as they have to deal with a troublesome grandfather, managers and their wild fans. Real fans were used during these sequences and their wild mania is scary to behold, who knows what would have happened if they'd got hold of any of the fab four. Features some great music, how could it not? Reporter “Are you a mod or a rocker?” Ringo “Um, no. I'm a mocker”.

やはりでましたかぁ・・・BEATLESのBlu-ray...

やはりでましたかぁ・・・BEATLESのBlu-ray Disc ・・・ただ、リマスターリング等に不安がありますねぇ・・・映画自体がEMIに帰属していないので、せっかくBlu-ray Disc にするのなら最善のものであって欲しいです。購入は少しひかえて他の方のレビュー、情報等から判断したいです・・・それにしても、これだけDVDが普及してしまいますとあらたにハイビジョンで撮影されたものはともかくBlu-ray Disc との共存はどうなっていくのかわからないです。（SACD、DVDAが思ったほど普及していないこともわたしには普通のCDの購買力にマイナスになっています。新譜がリリースされても「これは後でSACD、DVDAででるのではないか？」と。）
