１年ぶりのアルバム。｢５１｣は｢前夜・空缶と白鷺・さよならにっぽん・遥かなるクリスマス｣に続く、個人と今の日本の在り方を問いかける力作。次第に過激になってきているのでこの辺を限界にして欲しいと思う。｢窓｣は矢野真紀、｢桜桜咲くﾗﾌﾟｿﾃﾞｨ｣はサーカスへの提供作。お馴染みのコード進行の｢霧 -ﾐｽﾄ-｣、息子がバイオリンで参加する等話題も多いです。騒音音楽が多い現在で楽曲を活かす渡辺俊幸のアレンジも冴えまくっています。個人的には従来からのドラマチックマイナー路線の｢赤い月｣が文句無しです。今回の価格違いの初回限定仕様には疑問です
