アニタ・オデイ（Anita O’Day / Birth name：Anita Belle Colton 1919年10月18日〜2006年11月23日）はアメリカ合衆国イリノイ州シカゴ生まれの女性ジャズ歌手。アルバムは1957年の録音でピアノのオスカー・ピーターソンがバックを勤めた傑作。その他の共演者はギターがハーブ・エリス、ベースがレイ・ブラウン他。内容は完璧なバック演奏をバックに気持ちよく唄うアニタ・オデイが見事にマッチした逸品。

背筋をピンと伸ばして唄うアニタが目に浮かぶ気品溢れる正統派ジャズボーカル。ピアノとハスキーボイスは最高にクールです。
