ローマ法王までも感動させた（？）前作の面白さをそのままに、ウーピー・ゴールドバーグ扮するデロリスが今度は音楽で母校を救う。全米オーディションで選ばれた生徒達による合唱シーンは圧巻！セント・キャスリン修道院のシスター達は、社会奉仕先の高校でワルガキ相手にお手上げ状態。そこで、いまやラスベガスの二流スターとして忙しいデロリスに懇願。そこは彼女の母校でもあり道院長の頼みとあれば断れず、お助けシスターの再登場となった。音楽担当として着任してみると、予想以上の悪童達。何とか学校を楽しくしようとデロリスは聖歌隊を提案。反抗的な生徒達も心を開き始め、ヒップポップ聖歌隊が誕生する。だがその頃理事会は閉校の計画を進めていた…。
