鬼才Mike PattonのバンドMr.Bungleの大傑作。 ファンク＋メタルを中心に、ありとあらゆるジャンルの音が飛び交う奇天烈音楽。めちゃくちゃ強引な曲展開にも関わらず 曲として成立しているのが奇跡的、しかもポップ。加えて、ソウルフルな歌唱からラップ、シャウト、奇声までなんでもこなしてしまうMike Pattonの天才的なヴォーカルが凄まじい。 演奏陣の腕もダテではありません。特に「Squeeze Me Macaroni」でのトレヴァー・ダンのベースは特筆すべきものがあります。必聴盤。必ずなにか得るものがあります。

これを聴けばfaith no moreなんて所詮”お遊び”だったんだと気づくよ。正しく言えばこっちの方が”お遊び”しまくってるんだが。。とにかくハチャメチャが押し寄せてくる傑作！
