TOKYO "渋谷"発、都市型フリー・フェスティバル！

2009年8月8日、9日、代々木公園にて、音楽とストリートカルチャーを愛する人たちへ、TOKYO "渋谷"発、都市型フリー・フェスティバル『渋谷 BLOCK PARTY　2009』が開催される！
性別、年齢、国籍、人種、料金...等、全てがフリーなフェスティバルだ。
野外音楽堂におけるアーティストLIVEを中心に、3on3、スケートボード、BMX、フットボール、Break Dance、Human Beat Box等、ストリートカルチャー根ざした様々なパフォーマンス、大会も開催される。
音楽だけではなく、ストリートカルチャーの総合的なフェスティバル！

渋谷で遊べ。マジメに遊べ。
