全世界累計販売本数が4,700万本を超えるサッカーゲーム『ウイイレ』最新作『ワールドサッカーウイニングイレブン 2009』に、待望のPS2版、PSP版が登場！

顔・髪型・体型等をエディットし自分の分身を作り、チームの一員としてプロサッカー選手の人生を体験できる新モード「ビカム・ア・レジェンド」を搭載。頭で考えたプレイを直感的に出せることを重視したPS3版の操作方法を、PS2にもフィードバック。

そして、PSP版は日本中のライバルと戦うことが可能になるインフラストラクチャ対戦モードを初対応！

※本作（PS2・PSP）には『UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE』は搭載されておりません。
