Raconteurs New Release!!

Raconteurs are a quartet comprised of Jack White from White Stripes, Brendan Benson and an Ohio garage band Greenhornes' Jack Lawrence and Patrick Keeler.

They released their debut album "Broken Boy Soldiers" in 2006, which features the songwriting prowess of Jack and Brendan's, creating fresh and unfettered atmosphere of their music. And just when everyone thought it would be a real shame to see this band go only with one album came the great news!!
The band seem to have kept it low-profile while making their 2nd album "Consolers Of The Lonely", and all of a sudden it will be released - in an unusual speed - just within 3 weeks of completion and 1 week of the release announcement!!

According to the band's website the reasons why they decided to launch the album so abruptly are that they..:

"Wanted to deliver the album to our fans ASAP"
"Wanted to give our fans chance to listen to the album no later than the media people do."
"Thought listeners should make their own judgment about the album by listening to it for themselves - not by hearing others' critics."
"Needed absolutely no pre-release promotions"
"Rather than seeing our fans wait for the release in their preferred sound format (vinyl/CD/digital), wanted to have all the options ready at the same time."

Obviously it all comes from their musicianship and feelings towards their beloved fans...!
Those who fell for the Raconteurs through their first album should get up and preorder copy of the new album - it will be out soon!

White Stripes Sing in Spanish！
This is intrinsically a Latin number so no awkwardness felt from the Spanish lyrics - rather the lyrics seem to perfect the track!
