STORY
前作で、不死の海賊バルボッサからブラックパール号を奪い返した孤高の海賊＝ジャック・スパロウ。自由な大海原に船出したはずの彼の前に、逃れられない宿命が立ちはだかる。
それは、今から13年前のこと― ジャックはブラックパール号の船長となるため、自らの魂と引きかえに、船乗りたちが最も恐れる[深海の悪霊]デイヴィ・ジョーンズと[血の契約]を交わした。
そして今、その“契約期間”は終わり、ジャックの魂を取り立てるため、巨大な闇の力が海底をうごめいていたのだ。
“悪魔の裏もかくことのできる男”といわれたジャック・スパロウだが、今度こそ彼の命運は尽きようとしていた。
その頃、海賊の血をひく青年ウィルと、その恋人で総督の令嬢エリザベスにも危機が訪れていた。待ちに待った結婚式の当日、二人はかつてジャックの逃亡を助けた罪で逮捕されたのだ。
釈放の条件は、ジャックが持つ[北を指さない羅針盤]を手に入れること・・・。
抗うことのできない力に操られて、ジャック、ウィル、エリザベスの運命は再び交差する。
