Complete recording of Bob Dylan's legendary 1978 Budokan live performance.

Bob Dylan's first performance in Japan was held from February to March 1978, and the double album released in Japan under the title "Budokan" in August of the same year was later officially released worldwide.

It was recorded over two days, February 28, 1978 and March 1, 1978, but the master tape was discovered in 2007. After a long period of sales negotiations, the people involved at the time reunited in 2023, which will mark the 45th anniversary of the release.

Mr. Haeckel Kanno, who planned "Budokan" in 1978, was appointed as general supervisor, and the engineer who recorded at the time (Mr. Tomoo Suzuki) performed the latest 2023 REMIX from 24ch multi-tape. The artwork was also created by the same designer (Teruhisa Tajima) as at the time, and the commercialization of "Complete Budokan" was finally realized as a uniquely Japanese project led by Japan.

It will be released as a deluxe box set of 4 CDs and 8 LPs, including the complete 2-day live recording, with 36 of the 58 tracks previously unreleased.

Includes a 60-page color booklet with tickets for the first performance in Japan, pamphlets, posters, flyers, memorabilia such as the "Budokan" LP poster, airports, press conferences, live photos from the Japan performance, off-shots, liners, etc...In addition, this is a limited production edition that includes a Japanese version booklet containing explanations, testimonies and secret stories from those involved, lyrics and translations, etc., housed in an LP-sized box.
