デビューアルバム『Night Visions』が全世界で400万枚を売り上げ、シングル「Radioactive」が第56回グラミー賞〈最優秀ロック・パフォーマンス〉を受賞。続くセカンドアルバム『Smoke + Mirrors』も全米・全英で初登場1位を記録。その後も『Evolve』『Origins』と立て続けに全米チャートを席巻したモンスターアルバムをリリースし、今や押しも押されぬストリーミング時代を代表する最重要ポップロックバンドとなったイマジン・ドラゴンズ。3年ぶり通算5枚目となる待望の最新アルバム『Mercury - Act 1』が完成。
