ボビー・ギレスピー、アンドリュー・イネスを中心に1980年代から活動を開始し、全ての音楽を呑みこみ進化を遂げてきたプライマル・スクリーム。前作のスタジオ・アルバム『More Light』から3年振りとなる、通算11作目のスタジオ・アルバム『Chaosmosis』が2016年3月16日に日本先行発売される（海外：3月18日発売）。現時点でアルバムに関して、スウェーデンとロンドンでレコーディングされた事、アートワークと曲目のみが公開されているが、前作『More Light』には、ロバート・プラント、マーク・スチュワート（ザ・ポップ・グループ）、ケヴィン・シールズ（マイ・ブラッディ・ヴァレンタイン）などが参加を果たすなど、毎作品の参加ゲスト陣も楽しみの一つ。果たして今作には誰かゲスト参加しているのか？ロックンロールをベースに作品ごとに音楽性も変化を遂げる彼らの新作の方向性は？明かされていない様々な新作の内容に、音楽ファンの期待は高まるばかり。
