T Rexが71年にリリースした『Electric Warrior』が豪華デラックス盤として再発！
発売から40年経った今も色褪せない記念碑のひとつであるT Rexの『Electric Warrior』が多彩な商品フォーマットで登場！
オリジナル・アルバムはオリジナル盤のプロデュースを手掛けたTony Viscontiによるリマスタリングが施され、ボーナス・トラックとしてシングル曲を追加収録。
そして、ディスク2には未発表のデモ音源やアウトテイク等全21曲を収録！
さらにDVDには初出となるドイツの番組『Beat Club』に出演した時の映像などのTVパフォーマンスやPV等が収録！
Super Deluxe Edition （2CD+DVD+ボックス仕様）
■DISC 1(CD)は、オリジナル・プロデューサー＝Tony Viscontiによる『Electric Warrior』の最新リマスターを収録。さらにアルバム未収録のBサイド等を4曲収録。
■DISC 2 (CD)には、ロンドンやニューヨークなどで収録されたデモ音源やアウトテイク等をドッサリ収録！アメリカでのラジオ・プロモーションのために収録された“The Electric Warrior”と題されたポエム（朗読）も収録。
■DISC 3 (DVD)には、伝説のテレビ番組の”TOP OF THE POPS” に出演した際の「Hot Love」「Get It On」も収録。「Get It On」には、なんとElton John もフィーチャーされている。またドイツのテレビ番組”Beat Club”から「Jeepster」、「Life’s A Gas」の映像、「Get It On」と「Jeepster」のプロモ・ビデオ、1972年3月18日のWembley Empire Pool コンサートから「Girl」と「Cosmic Dancer」のライヴ映像等、貴重な映像が満載。
■32ページのハードバックのブックレットのを含むボックス仕様になっており、CD2枚、DVD1枚に加え、ポスターや写真、コースター、ヴィンテージのプレス・リリースなどが収録されている。ブックレットには、ボランのバイオグラファー＝Mark Paytressによる、ボランと親しかった人達へのインタビューを含むエッセイも収録されている。
