Maritime最高傑作完成！

ご存知Maritimeは、90年代のエモ創世記に活躍し、02年に突如解散してしまった伝説のエモ・バンド、Promise RingのフロントマンDavey von BohlenとドラマーのDan Didier、そして同じくすでに解散した（今年2月にリユニオンでの来日を果たしました！）ワシントンDCの奇天烈エモーショナル・バンド、Dismemberment PlanのEric Axelsonという、たまらない人にはたまらないメンバー3人から結成されたバンド！
02年のPromise Ring解散時は多くのファンが落胆したものの、その後、04年にMaritimeで復活した彼らは1stアルバム『Glass Floor』をリリース。J.ロビンズがプロデュースした本作はPromise Ringを受け継ぐギターポップ満載の内容で、久々のDaveyの歌声に涙したファンも数知れず！
そして、それから順調にアルバムをリリースし、その間の06年にはEricが脱退したものの、Dan HinzとJustin Klugが加入し、新体制で活躍。日本への来日も3度敢行し、Comeback Daughters、toe、Beat Crusaders等との共演で日本でも大きな支持を集めました！
と、前置きが長くなってしまいましたが、そんなMaritimeがいよいよ4年振りとなる4thアルバムを遂にリリースします！
地元ミルウォーキーて制作された新作は、とにかく全曲か名曲！切なくて温かくて、笑顔と涙で一杯になるPromise Ring＝Maritime節炸裂の最高のギター唄心アルバムとなっています！また、国内盤はcontraredeからのリリースとなり、小林英樹氏の歌詞・対訳付！さらにボーナス・トラックも1曲収録！
心がほっこり温まる、エモ/インディー・ファンの心を鷲掴みにしてしまう1枚！癒されますよ〜！
