ガールズ旋風が止まらない。近年、ポップフィールドでは、LADY GAGAという2000年代最大のスターの登場に端を発し、KE$HA、Miley Cyrusなどに代表されるエレクトロサウンドが爆発的にシーンを席巻しているのはご存知のとおりだが、一方、ロックフィールドにおいては、Hey Monday、Aloha From Hellに始まり、最近ではAutomatic LoveletterやWe Are The In Crowd、New Years Dayといったバンドが熱い注目を浴びている。
思えば2000年代初頭から半ばにかけて、僕らは“ポスト・Avril Lavigne”を探すのに一生懸命だった。もちろん、その中から優れた女性SSWも発掘されたが、ムーヴメントを起こすまでは至らなかった。いま起きているガールズ旋風は、例えばParamoreや、前述したニューカマーのように、基本であるバンドサウンドを支える男性陣のパワフルな演奏、そしてその中でこそ、より輝く「紅一点」のフロントウーマンが持つカリスマ性、という二面性こそが魅力であり、それがごく自然な形で実に幅広い層のロックリスナーからの支持を受けているということになるのだろう。
この度リリースされる国内盤は先行で発売されていた輸入盤の8曲に加えて、4曲の新曲（どれもクオリティ高し!）を収録した、言わば「完全版」ともいうべき内容。輸入盤を既に持っている方も、そうでない方はもちろん、是非ともこちらの国内盤をお買い求め下さい。そして、このバンドは間違いなく大物になる。宣言します。
