「歌の相棒」誕生！
水谷豊に新たなる“相棒”が！
宇崎竜童が阿木燿子夫人と共に初めて司会をした番組がきっかけとなったこのユニット。
ゲスト出演した水谷豊と意気投合し、宇崎夫妻がアルバム『青春番外地』以来約32年ぶりに新曲「人生ロマン派」を水谷豊にプレゼント、そして楽曲の提供だけにとどまらず、宇崎竜童との初デュエットが決定、という経緯でこのコンビは誕生しました。
今回の作品は、アルバムとシングル、そして映像作品がセットになったコンセプトアルバム。
アルバムには5月に開催されるCOTTON CLUB（東京・丸の内）でのLive音源を1ステージ全編収録予定、 DVD付きとBlu-ray Disc付きの2タイプでリリース（内容は同一のモノです）、Music Clipには宇崎竜童も登場。
水谷ファン、宇崎ファンのどちらも楽しめる内容となっています。
