ある日、友達である三人の子供たちと共にピクニックへ出掛けたマイケルは、はぐれた友達の一人を探すうちに、怪しげな地下基地へと迷い込んでしまう。そこは、ミスター・ビッグ率いる暗黒組織のアジトだった。ミスター・ビッグは子供たちを麻薬漬けにして世界を征服しようとしていた。それを知ったマイケルは、組織から命を狙われるが……。
