ジェスロ・タルの最高傑作『Stand Up』がスティーヴン・ウィルソンによる新ミックスと大量のボーナス・マテリアルを追加したデラックス盤で登場

本作よりマーティン・バレが加入し、またイアン・アンダーソンが全権を掌握することになった1969年発表の第2作『Stand Up』が”現代レストア魔術師”スティーヴン・ウィルソン（ポーキュパイン・ツリー）による新ステレオ・ミックスとボーナス音源を追加したデラックス・エディションで登場。

バッハをモチーフにした大ヒット曲「Bouree」を収録。ブルース色を残しながらも、イアンの奏でるクラシカルなフルートを武器にして飛躍的な進歩を遂げ、全英チャート1位を獲得した人気作。

ディスク1には、スティーヴン・ウィルソンによる新ミックスに、シングル・ミックスとBBCセッション音源をボーナストラックとして収録。ディスク2には、1969年1月9日スウェーデン・ストックホルムでのライヴ音源8曲、別ヴァージョン、モノ・シングル・ミックス、さらには「Stand Up」のラジオスポット（ラジオCM）音源を収録。

またDVDには、同じくスティーヴン・ウィルソンによるステレオ／5.1サラウンド・ミックスなどのオーディオ・コンテンツに加え、同ストックホルム公演のライヴ映像も収録される。

ジャケット・パッケージは、オリジナルLPに忠実な”飛び出す絵本”のような仕掛けが施されている点もポイント高し。100ページ以上におよぶ付属のブックレットにはイアン・アンダーソンによる楽曲解説やバンドの歴史を記したライナーノーツを掲載予定。
