I reserved my copy of this about a month before this was released, due to it being listed as limited edition, and I all can say it was well worth it. When comparing the Japanese edition to the American version, the Japanese version is much nicer, in terms of the packaging due to it containing actual Blu-ray Disc style case holders for all nine discs, and the fact that each label on every disc contains artwork each featuring a different Star Wars character. The American version, which is retailed at probably about half of the Japanese edition, the packaging is cheap due to the fact that the disc holders look like they were made out of cardboard where the discs just slide in and out as opposed to fitting neatly inside a jewel case style holders, and the labels on the discs look more generic only showing the title of each individual disc. I have not bought the American edition since I already own the Japanese edition, but I have seen pictures and even some videos on YouTube of people who had bought the American versions unboxing them, and I am glad that I spent nearly double of what I could have bought the American version for in terms of price.

Luckily for me, American and Japanese Blu-ray Discs are both Region A, and I can get the menus from these discs to appear in either English or Japanese, depending on what settings I have my Blu-ray Player set on. When the English menu is enabled, I can also watch it in Chinese, Korean, and Thai, when the Japanese menu is enabled I can only watch it in either English or Japanese.
