I actually got my album a few weeks ago but I had forgotten to write a review. This was my first time ordering from this page (and japanese one in general) so I wasn’t familiar with the order process but turned out to be easier than I thought (also better for having a page in English). The shipping process took a while. It was dispatched the day it was released but until it was processed and shipped and the tracking was updated it took like around two weeks and then when it finally said it was in my country it took around the same from the dispatching center to the post office in my city (the ems/post service of my country is slow). Besides that, when I finally got my hands on the package I noticed it was just like a file and not a box, but it was very protected with bubble wrap. It contained the invoice and also the customs papers. About the album. It’s involved with just a plastic bag but it came in good conditions, no sign of damage. Since I pre-ordered it I got the clear file which is super cute and actually useful. Overall I had a good experience so hopefully next time it’s the same or better. Thank you.
