This is a beautiful set! For a very low price you don’t just get the usual Tchaikovsky and Dvorak serenades, but also the less often played Elgar and Suk. The playing is generally excellent. The Tchaikovsky is the best version around. The Vaughan Williams, however good, has been bettered elsewhere. Recorded sound is top class.
