Even without having heard any of the songs, I can testify that they are all masterpieces. This is the best album of all time, a can’t miss audiophile experience, a mystical foray into boogieland. Just look at that cover art. Man this album is great!

This album hasn’t even been released yet, so I obviously haven’t heard it or any of the tracks, but I gotta tell ’ya it really kicks ”A”!! Mercy! It opens up with ”Mescalero” in the famous Texas boogie blues tradition. ZZ, the self-appointed guardians and defenders of this tradition, really strut their stuff on this fine number and leave no question as to who is really in charge south of the border. Another favorite is ”Alley-Gator”--how could anyone not like a song with such a title? And bo
