Brian De Palma 監督作品。DVDが手に入りにくいと思っていたらいつの間にか、BD化されていた。OALDによると原題 ”Obsession” の意味は、the state in which a person’s mind is completely filled with thoughts of one particular thing or person in a way that is not normal なので、邦題はちょっと、というかかなり甘過ぎ。淡々と描かれているけれど実は、ものすごく悲しいお話。英語字幕の追加を希望。
