One of the best albums I have ever bought! ”Mai” had the same effect on me that Enya had when I heard her for the first time. The multi-layering of Eri Sugai’s voice, the classic mix of ”east meets west” music, the use of wonderful eastern instruments, the haunting completeness of the melodies....all add up to one of the most intriguing and original albums I have ever heard. Great does not describe this album - this is sensational.
