    それなりに資金とスタッフをつぎ込み、大作を製作しようとして滑りまくった「日本の大作映画」の典型例の一つです。 全てが大仰であるのですが、サスペンスの盛り上げなどに工夫が無く類型的。 結末も割と肩透かしです。
