ラトルは初期のシェーンベルクはもとより、12音技法の典型作品である『オーケストラのための変奏曲』でさえ歌を忘れていない。カラヤンの後期ロマン派的なアプローチとは違い、明晰なスタイルの演奏であるにもかかわらず。彼はドデカフォニーをリズムに乗せて歌っているのだ。3 people agree with this review
