Though these actual performances seem to be not so bad, I cannot bear listening to them because of poor quality of recordings. Especially about Dvorak and Rossini, its timbre is so rough that trumpets are prominent and noisy. About Bruckner, though its timbre is clearer than the other one, it fatally lacks the grandeur because of too dead resonance. 実演はそれほど悪くないのかもしれませんが、2枚とも録音状態がイマイチ。リマスターの問題でしょうか。ドヴォルザークとロッシーニは特にひどく、トランペットの音が汚く突出してしまっています。ブルックナーのほうが状態はいいですが、残響がデッド過ぎて、期待していた雄大さ・荘厳さはあまり感じられませんでした。私が元々ブルックナーを苦手にしているせいもあるとは思いますが…。いずれにせよ、競合盤が多く、ジュリーニのファンの方以外は無理に買う必要性は低そうなので、星2つ。
